We reserve the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to disqualify anyone from participating, with our sole discretion, including if the participant does not comply with the Terms and Conditions I. How the competition works A. Competition Participation 1. To participate in the competition, all participants need to visit Lisacars.co.za and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up, by submitting their contact information in the relevant fields. 2. Participants will be contacted for an obligation-free car quote by one of our sales managers. This will earn participants one entry into the competition. To earn more entries, participants can refer friends and family members, they are limited to three referrals. 3. By participating in the competition, participants provide us with their personal information where they give consent to be contacted for an obligation-free quote. 4. Participant who refers others represents that they have the individuals that they are referring’s consent to provide their contact information. B. Eligible Participants 1. To be ‘eligible’, a participant must: 2. Be a legal resident of South Africa; and 3. Be at least 18 years old. C. To enter the competition 1. A participant must sign up and request a quote at lisacars.co.za to enter the competition. No previous purchases are required. 2. Only individuals are allowed to participate. 3. Lisacars employees and their family members are not allowed to participate in the competition. D. Qualified Participants 1. A ‘Qualified Participants’ means that the following conditions are met: 2. Participants are required to sign up and leave their details on our website for our sales managers to contact them for an obligation-free quote. 3. Participants are required to answer and complete the obligation-free quote to ensure entry into the competition. 4. All Participants must be legal residents of South Africa. E. Earning Rewards 1. Participants shall receive R1 000 if they purchase a car after completing their obligation-free quote. No rewards will be given if purchases are not made through the quote that has been given to them through the competition. F. Verified Qualified Participants 1. Participants are subject to verification. Lisacars may delay a competition, reward, or prize for investigation. Lisacars may refuse to verify and process any transactions they deem are, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believe will impose potential liability on Lisacars, its subsidiaries, or any of their respective employees, representatives, and agents. G. Transfer and Value of Rewards 1. Rewards are not transferable. 2. Rewards can be in the form of cash, deposit, or discount on a car. H. Transfers and Value of prizes 1. Prizes are not transferable 2. Lisacars have the right to give money instead of prizes that are advertised with the same value to our winners, due to different factors affecting the prizes, one of them being Covid-19 regulations. II. Privacy Participants may participate in the competition made available by Lisacars to receive an obligation-free quote and to refer individuals to Lisacars as potential new customers. To do this, Participants should submit personal information about themselves and the individuals that they are referring, such as name; e-mail address; and telephone number. Lisacars will use the information submitted to them to communicate with the individuals that have entered and been referred. Participants understand that, in addition to initial communication to individuals, Lisacars may also use the personal information to send them additional follow-up communication on behalf of the participant and referrer to encourage or remind individuals to complete a purchase or action. The personal information may also be used to contact individuals with regards to their participation in the program and to send additional communication.
